The ability to return to a normal life after a brain injury will depend on how serious the injury was. After a serious brain injury a person will be left with some permanent problems.
The doctors will be able to tell you how the patient is progressing medically. You will need to talk to the individual therapists to find out how the patient is progressing in therapy. We also have a meeting with the family at the beginning and after assessments are completed and then at intervals to give you an update on their progress.
