Speech Pathology

Paediatric speech pathology services are offered through the Community Health Centres at Ingleburn, Narellan, Rosemeadow and Tahmoor. These services make up one Speech Pathology team.

Services are offered for children aged 1-12 years, with a variety of communication disorders including articulation, language, voice and learning difficulties.

A number of different services delivery models are utilised with the main focus being on parent training and group work. There are also outreach services offered to preschools and schools. Each centre has a set intake time to make referrals, but messages can be left at any time.

The referring agent need only contact one centre and information is passed on to the appropriate therapist area.
