  • Be part of decisions about the development and management of your health care.

  • Be made welcome by all staff.

  • Be listened to.

  • Receive quality services that are safe, secure, accessible and equitable.

  • Receive quality services within the limits of our resources.

  • Receive confidential services, within legal and Health Department guidelines.

  • Know why services may be withdrawn or refused.

  • Have any staff member answer your questions or help you find the answer to your questions.
