As a patient/client of our service, you can expect to:

- Receive quality services within the limits of our resources.
- Receive confidential services, within legal and Health Department guidelines.
- Know why services may be withdrawn or refused.
- Have any staff member answer your questions or help you find
the answer to your questions.
