- To respect the rights and safety of staff and other
clients and the property of the Health Service.
Staff have the right to be treated with respect.
- The behaviour of your support persons and visitors remains your
responsibility and if their behaviour is unacceptable they
will be asked to leave.
- To tell us of any medication you are taking.
- To give any information which may cause difficulties in
receiving treatment.
- To co-operate with health care providers or clearly
communicate your decision not to co-operate,
- Let us know if you are unhappy about the way you are being treated.
- To let your health worker know if you are unable to keep an
appointment or will not be at home when a visit is due.
