Mission
1. Every staff member of the Division of Medicine
is committed to providing, within the resources available, the best possible care and
service to the patients in their Units and Departments.
2. Every staff member is committed to the concept of continuous review and
improvement of the quality and efficiency of patient care and service delivery.
3. Every staff member ascribes to the key components of quality management, namely;
the importance of the patient, the need for teamwork, the use of a scientific approach
when seeking improvement.

process of evaluation and remedial action.
