Who We See?

We see the following people living in the Local Government Area Campbelltown, Camden & Wollondilly:
  • Adults who require rehabilitation after acute illness or injury

  • Adults with multifactorial problems which interfere with their ability to manage in the community

  • Persons who require multidisciplinary assessment to determine the need for specific services and/or institutional care

  • Persons with physical disabilities

  • Day Care Centres cater to frail aged persons and Aboriginal persons (45yrs and over) requiring social activities
