The Ambulatory Care Continuum comprises many departments who service
the interface between acute hospital care and the community. The departments
are Clinical Information, Continence, Diabetes, Dietetics,
Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Social Work,
Speech Therapy, Medical Imaging, Macarthur Ambulatory
Care Service (MACS), Community Nurse Team, Library and Research Centre.
