Providing support to staff who are seeking assistance and information on quality.
Assisting staff to understand, monitor, and constantly improve
our quality management system.
This system is described in the Quality Manual
Providing useful information, which will assist you to improve your practice.
This information may be any of the following:
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Feedback from internal audits carried out across Macarthur Health Service.
- Feedback from the external audits which are carried out every six months.
These audits provide the foundations of our certification system, which is ISO 9002:94
Feedback from the complaints process.
Provide assistance and guidance for staff to develop and review their Department Work
Instructions/Protocols, forms and other procedural documents.
Facilitating quality improvement initiatives and teams.
Education sessions for the quality management system or quality tools can be provided for small groups.
