To book a room in the Conference Facility and/or internal or
external catering, you must complete the forms below. Please ensure that all relevant
details are completed on the form including the cost centre number which is a mandatory
requirement.
All details of your bookings will be sent to the Conference Facility
Manager. Once processed, confirmation will be sent to you via email. If you require more
