The Caroline Chisholm Centre for Women & Babies (outlined in grey) is located in the Liverpool Hospital on the corner of Elizabeth & Goulburn Streets, Liverpool. The Hospital is in walking distance from the Liverpool Railway Station and Liverpool CBD.

The Administration Office and Paediatric Department are located on the ground floor of the Caroline Chisholm Centre. Postnatal and Antenatal/Gynae Wards are located on the first floor and the Birthing Unit and Newborn Care NICU are on the second floor. The Antenatal Clinic (ANC) is located on the ground floor of the Clinical Service Building.
