TRAUMA FELLOW

Liverpool Hospital, the Major Trauma Centre for South Western Sydney and a Principal University Hospital, with 550 beds, requires a Trauma Fellow from January 2007 for one year. The Trauma Unit is one of the busiest in Australia and offers some unique and exciting trauma training opportunities. The post will have a dominant clinical element, with opportunities in trauma surgery, system development, performance analysis, rural education, experience retrievals, research, Internet and computing opportunities. The position will involve on call and will be at Senior Registrar status.

Essential:
FRACS or equivalent. Ability to achieve targets and goals
Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team
ATLS

Desirable:
Previous research in Trauma.
