The Department operates 7 days a week. We can be contacted on telephone 46-343900. The procedure for contacting Maintenance out of hours is to contact the switchboard who have a list of on call maintenance staff. The procedure for completing maintenance requisitions is contained in 1.2.2.3 of the OPM.
