Who We See?
Population Health Services see:
- People who refer themselves or are referred by other agencies for specific health issues eg: dental services, counselling.
- Local residents about social issues that have impact on their health eg: safety, activities and support services for young people.
- Other agencies or health service staff who are working with us on specific projects eg: providing signs & literature in the most common language groups in the local community.
