STARTTS Community Education Programme offers both professional
development and outreach education. Our training programmes
reflect our commitment to ensuring quality and sensitive service
provision to refugees and those from refugee-like situations.
Workshops give participants the opportunity to explore and
understand the experiences of torture and trauma survivors,
build on existing skills and develop new skills and strategies
for working with survivors in diverse settings. Experienced
STARTTS staff facilitate workshops, drawing on actual experience
of clinical and community development work with refugees.
