Tailored to your needs…
With over ten years experience in outreach education for hospitals,
government departments, community health centres, schools, language
colleges and community based organisations, we recognise that agencies
work with torture and trauma survivors in a range of contexts. Our
training programmes are tailored to your unique organisational needs
using specially developed case studies and material which focuses
on the specific needs of your staff and client group.
STARTTS provides training that is responsive to the needs of participants
and is learner-centred. To ensure our training is most effective,
in conjunction with the workplace, we will survey staff as to their
needs, experiences and skills and design a training session that
draws on current experience and extends skills.
