Adult Dental provides free dental care to residents within
the Fairfield LGA who are holders of a concession card (refer
to circular 99/666 no. 2000/29 6/04/00.
Child Dental provides free Dental care to persons (0-5yrs)
age and those persons less than 18yrs of age undertaking full
time primary, secondary or tertiary studies at an educational
institution (school, TAFE, University and other recognised
tertiary institutions) or at home or hold a concession card
in their own right. All children must either reside or attend
a school within the Fairfield LGA.
Services offered:
Treatment provided by the clinic includes General dentistry,
exodontia, radiography, prosthetic dentistry, health education,
school based assessments, emergency vouchers under the Oral
Health Fee for service scheme and referrals.
Client Group (eg age, catchment area)
Adult clients need to hold a current concession card and
reside in the Fairfield LGA. Child Clients Need to either
attend a school or reside in the Fairfield LGA.
Hours of operation
The Dental Clinic is open 8.30 am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
excluding public holidays.

Patients are able to access treatment through
the ISOH (Information system for Oral health)
or CPOHP (child prioritised oral health program).
The client is asked a series of questions over
the phone for confidentiality and according to
their responses are given an appointment or placed
on an appropriate waiting list.

- Adult clients need to hold a current concession card and
live in the FLGA.
- Preschool children and children 0 - 18 years who attend
a learning institution or equivalent.
- Children must either attend a school in the FLGA or be
residence of the FLGA
