Services offered
Home Nursing Service includes:
- Clients comprehensively assessed in their home to identify
individual needs
- Continuity of care from hospital to home
- Early discharges
- Monitoring & Management of post operative and medical
clients
- Wound Care
- Education & support with medications
- Injections
- Central Line care
- Support & Maintenance
- Provide nursing care and support for the terminally ill
Patient (Palliative care)
School Health includes:
- Hearing and vision screening of Primary School children
referred by Teachers and Parents.
- Hearing and Vision screening of some pre school children
- Resource nursing service to the school.
Health Promotion includes:
- Active role in enhancing health lifestyles and disease
prevention.
- Health Promotional activities.
