Physiotherapy Department provides treatment for people of
all ages, from young children to the elderly, who live in
the Fairfield Local Government Area. We treat a wide range
of conditions for both hospital and outpatient clients. An
interpreter service is available if needed.

- Inpatient care for intensive care unit, medical, surgical,
orthopaedic, maternity and paediatric wards.
- Treatment of muscle or joint injuries
- Health Promotion
- Preventative Education
- Plaster application and removal
- Splinting Clinic
- Antenatal classes
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation
- Falls Prevention Program
- Paediatric Outpatients
- Community Physiotherapy (via ACOS)
- Fitness classes
- Joint Replacement Program

Hours of operation
- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday inpatient service only.
- No Service Public Holidays.

Eligibility or entry criteria:
- Inpatients may have a treating doctor's referral or be
automatically treated for certain conditions.
- Outpatients need a referral from their GP or specialist
outlining the condition to be treated.
