Chronic & Complex Care - Pulmonary Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist as part of the Chronic and Complex Care Respiratory initiative runs the Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. The program is a multidisciplinary approach centred on improving the health and well being of people suffering from chronic airways disease.

Services offered:

  • Comprehensive physiotherapy assessment
  • Hospital outpatient-based pulmonary rehabilitation program including exercise and education
  • Home assessment
  • Design individual home exercise program
  • Education to clients/carers regarding signs & symptoms of exacerbation of illness, medication and proper use of devices.

Must live in Fairfield LGA

Referrals accepted from

  • GP
  • Specialist
  • Hospital

Hours of operation

Tuesday and Friday 0830 to 1700 hrs.
